The best teams we work with aren’t the ones that know everything—they’re the ones willing to ask for help. We integrate directly with your team to guide, challenge and build the internal capability that keeps you moving long after the session ends.

Team Upskilling

We are big advocates of in-housing and up-skilling. We equip your team with the skills to do and achieve more—not depend on us more.

Goal Alignment

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh pair of eyes. We work with leadership teams to cut through the noise and align around a single, clear objective.

Accountability

Plans are easy. Sticking to them is the hard part. We hold your team accountable and keep the momentum going when it matters most.

    & FAQ’s

    • complementary purposes. Consultancy is typically a more ongoing, one-on-one advisory service where an expert or agency provides tailored advice and strategic recommendations for your business. The consultant works closely with you to understand your goals, challenges, and market, offering insights into how to improve your marketing efforts or content creation. Consultancy is often long-term, with continuous support to help you implement changes, measure results, and refine strategies over time. It’s like having an expert guide to help steer your marketing in the right direction.

On the other hand, workshops are more focused, short-term sessions designed to educate and empower your team. A workshop typically lasts anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, and the aim is to teach specific skills or strategies related to marketing or content creation. Workshops are hands-on, interactive, and often involve practical exercises to help your team understand key concepts. For example, a marketing workshop might teach your team how to create effective email campaigns, while a content strategy workshop could focus on improving your website’s SEO. Unlike consultancy, workshops are designed to give your team the knowledge and tools they need to execute strategies independently.

    • Our standard payment terms for most projects are a 50% deposit at the point of booking, and the final balance due under standard NET30 terms upon completion. Any adjustments to the project (such as additional requirements or removed images), will be reflected in the final 50% payment.

For very large projects, we bring the the deposit down to 25% to minimise the up-front cost. We don’t have a threshold for this change and is done on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the project and any up-front costs required by us (such as booking models/locations etc).

For very small projects (usually under £500 + VAT), we will likely invoice the full amount up-front at the point of booking. Again, this is done on a case-by-case basis.

    • If you’re a retained client, your payment terms will be clearly laid out at the beginning of the 12 month contract. Generally, this would be 12 equal payments across a 12 month period, with each month’s payment due on the last working day before the following month’s work is carried out. For example, a payment made by September 31st would be for all work carried out in October. The first month’s payment might be larger than other months, depending on when the retainer start date is and when work is carried out. For example, a retainer started on September 15th with work required immediately would need 6 weeks worth of payments up-front, to cover until the end of October. The payment then due by the end of October will be back to the original retainer schedule.

This will all be detailed and illustrated at the point of quoting and before any commitment.

Any costs outside of the retainer will require your approval, and the cost of which would be applied to your next invoice.
