A little more
about our founders.
Névé started the way most good things do—a great idea showed up, got mulled over for about five minutes, and then we just got on with it.
Our founding directors have been professional photographers and videographers for years, cutting their teeth across various disciplines before coming together to form Névé Studios. The opportunity was simple: work on projects much larger than any of us could take on alone and provide far greater value to our shared clients.
Fast forward through a pandemic, several elections, Brexit and a fair amount of geopolitical turbulence—Névé is in the strongest position it’s ever been. The world has changed at a pace that’s challenged business leaders and marketers everywhere, and that pace isn’t slowing down.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Stuart Dudleston
Starting his career in content production at film school, Stuart went on to work at several marketing agencies in London and Bournemouth—initially specialising in content but quickly expanding to cover all aspects of digital service delivery. From here, he went out on his own to make a success as a freelance photographer. It was at this time where Stuart approached to help co-found Névé Studios, bringing strong commercial and agency experience to get the company off the ground. Our resident visionary, he’s often found creating big ideas and making sure we balance the long and short game to achieve our strategic goals. Forever a student of economics, physics and technology—Stuart has committed his time and energy to creating a company that will stand the test of time for years to come.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Tom Archer
Always the adventurer, Tom spent much of his life travelling the world and experiencing just about everything you can imagine. This obviously led to a successful and longstanding career as an internationally recognised travel photographer and influencer, amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram and with commissions from some of the biggest companies in the world. This reputation was built on trust and relationships, and is a huge quality that helped us get Névé Studios started and one that sustains us to this day. He’s our in-house diplomat—always measured and level headed in his approach, always quick to bring an alternative viewpoint, to challenge ideas and to ensure our foundations are solid.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Will Stedman
Jumping straight into the big wide world of freelance photography at age 16, Will is a proven practitioner of just getting on with things. Photographing events and commercial projects all around the world, Will soon moved into education and ambassadorship with Sony Europe, speaking at events across the country and constantly growing his already sizeable network. Will put this network to use, bringing Tom and Stuart together and ultimately being the impetus for Névé Studios to come into being. A consummate collaborator, a connector of people and a huge force of energy—Will’s greatest strength is his sheer enthusiasm towards producing great work, empowering the team and winning the hearts and minds of our clients.

When your brand has a great story
chances are people want to hear it.
Before Névé, each of us were successful freelance photographers and videographers—predominantly working in the events space and branding ourselves as such. We still did plenty of commercial work, but as marketers you’ll understand the challenge of publicising that work under existing personal brands.
Being good friends, we eventually developed a crossover of clients after referring work back and forth due to availability and geography. One of those mutual clients caught wind that we all knew each other and could together provide a much wider range of services. So they asked us to cover a large conference together in London.

This is when
the seed was planted.
We put our heads together and developed a plan. The goal was to make the entire process as simple, transparent and painless as possible for the client—after all, that’s the reason they hired us in the first place.
The shoot went well and we produced some strong content for them to use both internally and externally. Delivery was a little clunky and plenty needed ironing out at our end, but we were confident we were on to something. Our client shared that enthusiasm.
Since then, demand for creative campaign development, ongoing consultancy and paid media management grew to a point we could no longer ignore. That’s why we broadened our offering to encompass end-to-end creative development, production and delivery. Why make life more complicated than it already is by outsourcing to numerous freelancers and agencies?
The future of Névé is big, bold and ambitious. Come and be part of it.
