Graze Snacks

Product Photography Case Study

The

Brief

We produced a suite of new imagery for Graze Oat Boosts, to be used across social media and various print marketing collateral. The brief for this project was to create a cohesive set of six images that encompass the key flavours of the range, allowing them to be tiled and work together as a combined set of images as well as individually.

Our

Solution

To ensure this level of consistency and ‘stackability’ for the images, we decided to use a strong colour palette based around the packaging colour, introducing complimentary pops of colour or tonal ranges by use of flavours and ingredients. We sourced paint which accurately matched the packaging, and then dipped various props and materials into this paint to produce a monotoned scene to build from. We then started to introduce more textures and tones from here, in order to balance the images and consistently nod back to the brand and to the respective product flavour.

This project was largely an exercise in planning and styling, with the shoot itself only taking a couple of hours but with a considerable amount of time in the pre-production stage to source the props and styling.
