Brief
We worked alongside Suffolk Fire Service to photograph their team in their new gear supplied by Bristol Uniforms. The brief was to capture a selection of dramatic portraits on location to be used across all social media channels.
Our
Solution
We decided to shoot on location with a portable studio setup to allow us to take the control of a studio environment and introduce plenty of atmosphere, water and texture to add a level of realism.
We used colour gels on each of the lights to create a constrasting look that excentuated the details of the uniform and created a look akin to that of a real fire. A relatively simple two-point lighting setup was used throughout to isolate specific details and allow the majority of the scene to remain in complete darkness.
