Together, we have worked to capture imagery of developments from the actual construction on site to surrounding locations, topping out events and release shows.
This particular case study takes a look at the visual content that we created for the Blackwall Reach development in East London, to be used in all sales and marketing collateral including online, sales brochures and large scale print.
These location shoots are very important as the images are what allows prospective buyers, in this case young professionals, to emotionally connect with the development. A deep understanding into the target demographic and their buying behaviour was required before the project was commenced.
The surrounding areas were researched well in advance with the end user in mind at all times. A schedule was then developed to ensure that the surround locations were covered effectively.
