It’s not uncommon for some of our more ‘personal’ projects to become somewhat collaborative with a brand.
Whilst out in Italy during the autumn, we created content for Visit Italia, Italy’s official tourism board, to promote the Dolomite area during what’s often considered the ‘low season’ for tourism.
The Dolomites are often recognised for their contrasting rock faces against the snow in the winter and the luscious vegetation in the summer, but it’s the autumn that is significantly overlooked as a season to visit the area.
Exploring much of the areas surrounding the Lago Di Braies and Tre Cime Di Laverado, it’s hard to go too far wrong with such an incredible backdrop.
Instead of just creating strictly landscape imagery, we injected a lifestyle element into each and every scene to add scale and add a subject for the audience to identify with.
The resulting images were picked up across a significant number of high profile social media accounts, amassing hundreds of thousands of likes, shares and comments and raising significant awareness of the region in the autumn.
